How can I get my 2 year old dog to like my kittens?

Ok, so I just got a yorkie, Princess Chloe, and I can't seem to get her to like my two kittens I have at home. She just barks and chases them so I am reduced to having the cats in the basement where my hubby sets up his office. Any ideas?
